How do I retrieve my forgotten password?

From the log-in page, click the “forgot password” link. From there, we can either send you a text or email to reset your password.

How long will I be able to view these webcasts?

Content is available from one to three years depending on the agreement with your association.

How do I extend my subscription?

At the end of the subscription period set by your association, you will have the opportunity to renew your subscription by placing another order.

How do I change my email address/password?

Click on your name in the top right corner of the page and select “My Profile”. From here you will be able to update your email address, password, contact information and bio!

Can I share my credentials with a colleague?

If you purchased a single user license, sharing of credentials with colleagues is not allowed. We do offer multi-user licenses for most conferences which can be purchased through the website or by contacting customer support.

Do I need to use a particular browser to view the webcasts?

This product will work on all current and mainstream browsers.

Why can't I download the slides synchronized with the audio?

Your association and the presenters may have restricted viewing to streaming to prevent unauthorized file sharing.

Can I download PDFs of the slides?

When authorized by your association and the presenters, you can download PDFs of the slides by clicking “download” on the playback screen.

How do I reach a customer service representative?

You can submit a ticket, or contact us at 720-550-7423.

How do return to where I left off once I stop viewing a session?

You can click the “Save My Place” button under the player at any point during the session. This will save that location and allow you to return at any point!

How do I take notes?

Use the “Take a Note” button found on the playback screen. This will mark your place, allow you to leave a note and take a screenshot of the slide so you can see it at a glance.

Is my personal information secure?

We are very careful to encrypt any sensitive data. In addition, we host all data and content in the Microsoft Azure cloud so we can leverage all of their security controls.
